Terms and Conditions

We are professionals and our results reflect that, all we ask in return is that you adhear to our policies, terms of business and staff. In return we will deliver each and every time.

Due to us being mobile we require a sufficient and safe working space. We will not work on any busy roads, small roads or in car parks.

If the address you wish for the work to be carried out in has any of the above issues, please contact us prior to booking so we can secure a back up plan with you.

We require access to mains power for my extension lead and an outdoor water supply when possible. Should this not be possible please let us know ahead of time so we can work out an alternative plan. 

We maintain the right to move bookings due to circumstances that are out of our hands, such as heavy winds and rain that will not allow us to use an awning for safety reasons. 

All secure bookings are deposit-based, and bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been paid. Deposits are paid direct to QVD Limited via bank transfer. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposit amounts differ due to location, package, and/or work needed.

Within 48 hours of booking, QVD will gladly alter your booking to another nominated person, providing the address and location meet all other terms and conditions.

Any areas with personal belongings such as center arm consoles or glove boxes will not be detailed out of respect for your privacy however if you would like these areas cleaned then please make sure they are clear of all personal items.

If your vehicle is far dirtier than the package you have booked for then additional charges WILL apply. Examples include, heavy soiling on the interior, excessive mud, pet hair dirt, sick, mold or blood. Please send us some pictures prior to booking so we can provide a fair estimate. If this is not possible the price will be negotiated upon the day before we begin. Upon completion the client is requested to check the vehicle and in the event you are not satisfied with work carried out you should make us aware prior to us leaving the site as we will not accept responsibility for discrepancies detected once we have left the vehicle. We offer NO REFUND or exchange on any of our services, unless required by law.

QVD reserves the right to refuse, cancel or deny any booking or discontinue services at its sole discretion without giving any reason therefor. Verbal or physical abuse under any circumstances of any kind will not be tolerated and QVD reserves the right to take any necessary action under such circumstances.

Journeys North of Amberley or South of the Waimakariri River will incur a $2 per kilometer travel charge.

Maintenance plan terms and conditions

The maintenance plan is designed to be on a monthly basis and therefore, must be booked monthly. Request for bookings over one month are no longer classed as maintenance and will incur additional charges. If your vehicle is unusually dirty due to you going on a road trip or you've gone camping or to the beach, its no problem please just advise us prior to booking so that we can allocate extra time for your vehicle.


When you book with us you agree to our terms of business. Any bookings that are made but then effected by any of the above may result in full booking charges being payable. An invoice will be sent to the address and email provided by you upon booking. Failure to pay will result in legal action being taken.

Our terms of trade are payment due on the date listed on the invoice. QVD Limited reserves the right to recover any expenses, disbursements, and legal costs associated with any collection action incurred, including any reasonable solicitor's fees or the actual debt collection agency fees, that may be required should the account not be paid in full on or before the due date.
